"Piper PA-18 Super Cub."

This Super Cub was built for Gene Zerkel, friend and owner of Alaska Aircraft Sales, Inc. It is 1/12 scale and about two feet wide. I took thousands of measurements and about fifty photos of the actual aircraft to ensure accuracy. Many parts are vacu-formed in styrene. It now sits on a float dolly I also built for Gene. Of course, many years of rebuilding and maintaining these aircraft helped.
